This presentation will help you to understand better the concept of our program. The website is designed for data collection from the recycled flow of post-consumer PVC. The gathered information will help to publish the overall result of the initiative. It will also help to identify the individual participating organisations, which made the effort to segregate the post-consumer PVC from the general waste stream. Hopefully this tutorial will make the whole registration procedure easier and more efficient.

In order to start the registration procedure you need to log-in first to our website.

Once logged in you will be able to create a new company profile, edit its contact information, and obviously manage your password and login.

After creation of a company profile you will be able to add branches, at least one or more if your company has more than one operational facility involved in collection of post-consumer PVC.

You will be also able to add users per operational facility if you want to allow more people to have access to data of your company (like operational managers, bookkeepers etc.). After adding a new user he/she will receive a confirmation e-mail with his/her login and password. Since then he/she can work independently on any new data input regarding your company. However, the new user will be allowed to view and modify only data of this branch to which he/she is linked.

Further on, when adding new branches you have to specify if the branch, you are registering, is headquarter, collector, member or an operational site. On this level, you have to specify as well a branch which will be receiving the financial incentives. In case of only one registered branch this address will be used as a default one for any financial settlements.

If your company has a PVC recycling activity you can register it as well by creating a recycler. In this case, by adding catalogue application, you can indicate what sort of material you are able to process within your facilities. Adding a recycler though, means going through an approval protocol procedure.
